Joey Saad, PT, DPT, is a dedicated physical therapist with a strong interest in sports and human performance. He creates individualized treatment plans designed to help patients move confidently, recover effectively, and reach their personal goals. Outside the clinic, Joseph enjoys staying active through sports and exercise. He is a proud husband and is excited to soon welcome his first daughter, a role that inspires his passion for promoting health and movement for every stage of life.
Stephen Macko is a licensed physical therapist with over 20 years of experience helping patients move, heal, and return to the activities they enjoy. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Michigan. Stephen enjoys working with patients of all ages and backgrounds, including those with orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric conditions, and is known for his thoughtful, individualized approach to care. He is a dedicated husband and father who enjoys watching his children grow and succeed in academics, music, and sports. Outside of the clinic, Stephen enjoys playing guitar, staying active, and spending time with family and friends.
Rajadurai Viswas (Raj) PT,MPT is a highly skilled physical therapist with extensive experience in the field, currently employed at US Rehabilitation and Health Services since November 2022, specializing in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy. Prior to this role, Raj previously held roles at Ritestep Rehab Solutions, Michigan; Eglinton Bayview & Joints in Motion Inc., Toronto; BCF College of Physiotherapy, India; Clinicenta Ltd, London(UK); Vikas College of Physiotherapy, India and Padmavathi College of Physiotherapy, India. With a commitment to advancing evidence-based practice, Raj has contributed to the field through four international research publications focused on conditions affecting the spine, TMJ, shoulder and elbow. Raj holds a Master of Physical Therapy from The Tamilnadu Dr.M.G.R Medical University
Ali earned his DPT in Lebanon ten years ago, where he successfully ran several clinics and developed a strong reputation for patient-centered care. He has extensive experience working with high-level athletes and loves helping people perform, recover, and feel their best.
Now based in Dearborn, Ali enjoys building long-term relationships with patients and creating a positive, motivating environment in the clinic. Outside of work, he’s a devoted family man with a 7-month-old child, and he loves spending his free time having fun, trying new foods, and enjoying life with his family.
Brittney is an Occupational Therapist and proud graduate of Wayne State University, with a passion for helping others thrive in the activities that matter most to them. Fabiha Nishat, OTR/L, is an occupational therapist with extensive experience treating clients of all ages in outpatient rehabilitation settings. She takes a holistic, evidence-based approach, addressing physical, cognitive, and functional needs to support meaningful recovery. Fabiha is passionate about helping individuals regain independence and believes strongly in the role of occupational therapy in restoring function after illness, injury, or surgery. Nathan McClain is a dedicated and hardworking Physical Therapist Assistant known for delivering high-quality patient care and fostering strong therapeutic relationships. In addition to his hands-on clinical work, Nathan serves in key managerial and administrative roles. He oversees daily operations, coordinates scheduling to ensure smooth patient flow, and contributes to clinic growth through community outreach and marketing efforts. Nathan is also skilled in conducting evaluations for Functional Capacity Exams (FCEs), providing detailed and accurate assessments that help guide patient outcomes and return-to-work decisions.
