I've only went one time so far but I'm pleased. Everyone is so friendly and seems to care. They got me right in, went through the paper work and got me started. They stretched me (which felt great) and then put me on a massage bed and iced my back. In just that one visit they relieved some of the tension in my back. I'm stiff again but I'm just starting out on my journey of healing so that's expected. But I appreciate the level of care and kindness I received. Thank you and I look forward to the coming weeks of therapy. :)

I have been coming to physical therapy here for 8 months now and US Rehab in Ypsilanti is able to be what I need in PT. I enjoy going to my PT appointments! If I miss an appointment, I am definitely feeling the fatigue. Subluxed shoulder, out of place sacroiliac joint, tight muscles... anything and Jesse can help at least point you in the right direction. I have been to a few different physical therapy places around here that just didn’t fulfill what I was looking for. There is often very little non-PT conversation. That made it unenjoyable for me, and therefore I resented it. At US Rehab Jesse, Joey, Derrick, Topanga, and all the other employees have all shown genuine interest in getting to know me and other patients. When I am at home, not wanting to physically exert myself, the staff is there to encourage patients to keep going or to call it a day once you’ve reached your limit. I have willpower, but I’ll be honest… These people may be the primary reason I am still in PT and doing better now.

I love this place. I haven't felt real results until I came here. And I mean the first day I was feeling a little better. And today I feel great.. I been going to physical rehab for 15 years now. This is the best one so far. And the staff is great.. You get real results here

I have been here and i get physical therapy, i must say shelby is the sweetest and always helps me get a great stretch with my legs and body, Jonny is phenomenal as well very respectful lisens to what ask for takes his time and very respectful, the facility and all staff is very nice and i have been feeling improvement!!

I am so grateful for this team at US Rehab. Jesse is so knowledgeable and has amazing expertise from peds to adults. My daughter had received a gew weeks of therapy at a different clinic but was taking more pain medicine. After 2 visits she stop needing pain meds all together. And Kelli, massage therapist, is so gentle but applies just enough pressure to provide amazing relief. The expertise, professionalism and compassion from Derrick, Tapanga, Joey, and them makes US Rehab the only place I will go and refer. Thank you all!!

I can’t say enough great things about US Rehab. I’ve been going there for treatment on my back, shoulder, and also dealing with lingering concussion-related issues from an auto accident, and the care I’ve received has been truly exceptional. The entire staff is absolutely wonderful. Jesse and Derek are incredibly polite, respectful, and attentive. They really take the time to listen to what you’re going through and develop a personalized plan to help you heal and get back to feeling your best. They’re also very patient and go above and beyond to explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand, which makes a huge difference when you’re dealing with injuries. Topanga, who handles scheduling, is amazing. She’s always so kind, easy to talk to, and incredibly organized. She makes the whole process smooth and stress-free, and you can tell she genuinely cares about making sure you’re taken care of. And I have to mention Kelli, the massage therapist, she is outstanding. Her work is truly therapeutic. She has an incredible ability to relieve tension and target problem areas, and I always leave feeling more relaxed, comfortable, and noticeably better than when I walked in. Overall, the team at US Rehab goes above and beyond in every way. They truly care about their patients and it shows in everything they do. I’m so grateful for the care I’ve received and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of rehabilitation services.

After my auto accident, I chose to drive an hour each way even though there were PT clinics 15 minutes from my house. This facility specializes in auto patients and develops treatment plans specifically for you. They reduced my stress by communicating directly with my adjuster and attorney. Plus, they offer massage therapy covered by auto insurance! ​The team is incredible: Tapanga greets you with a smile and keeps you on track with text reminders. Derrick is like your own personal trainer 3 days a week, setting up customized exercise plans based on how you feel each visit. Finally, Jesse is a miracle worker—making the pain go away in that 'hurts so good' kind of way. Highly recommend!
