First and foremost, the staff is amazing! Well organized, well informed, exceedingly kind and patient. They've exceeded any and all expectations in my personal care from helping arrange rides to my appointments, reaching out to my primary care to arrange appointments, sending reminders of scheduled appointments to genuinely caring about my well being, both physically and mentally. Aside from the wonderful staff, this location provides sterile equipment, an experienced masseuse, hydrating station equipped with snacks and ample parking that includes plenty of handicap parking. I enjoy the dichotomy of having treatment in private rooms on days where I'm not feeling my best or utilizing a table in an open area where I'm able to engage with other patients going through similar therapies. It's been very beneficial in my recovery seeing the progress of others and hearing their positive journeys here at this establishment. The hours of operation are perfect for my work schedule. Two nights per week, they are open until 7pm, which is perfect for people like me that need to squeeze in appointments after normal business hours. Walk in appointments have saved me many times and I appreciate the staff's willingness to accommodate my ever changing schedule. I highly recommend to any and all ages that seek physical therapy. You won't be disappointed and you'll definitely leave in a better place than you arrived.

The staff there is wonderful I just love going there and there very helpful it’s like a second home because they welcome you with open arms and the work they do with me has changed my life I’m back to work and feeling great 😃

US Rehab Sterling Heights is hands down the best Physical Therapy office I’ve seen. Everyone in the office makes you feel so comfortable and welcomed, I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!

I love my therapist. the service everyone there is so polite, kind and nice. They treat you like family I have never seen or heard them judge anyone, but help everyone I would recommend this facility to anybody. there is no over on rating that I can really give them because they’re that great. They go over and beyond. I’ve learned so much here than any other physical therapy I have gone to. Thank you for your patience, your kindness and your help.

Friendly staff and very helpful teaching the exercises to make sure I'm doing them correctly. Melissa at the front office is such a wonderful person and hard worker. She does everything to keep things running and also helps when needed where ever it is needed.

I really and truly appreciate the services that I receive from the staff!! I was a reck when I first started! But I received the best care now my recovery is great. I would gladly recommend them.

Went here for back pain. After a few weeks I was back to the normal. The girls in the office are the best and very professional.

Awesome location. Great staff, who really push you to your limits to help you reach your goal in physical ability. Clean establishment! And a great place to better yourself physically

At both locations that I have been to The 9 mile location and 14 mile and I received great care at them both “. I would definitely refer them for someone else to be token care of. They have the most friendly, professional, efficient workers. This is my first time getting physical therapy and they made the journey very comfortable for me- I was super nervous. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I had a great time with my OT and other members of the crew during my time here!Fabiha was the absolute sweetest, and I couldn't have asked for a better person to work with! I got a lot of help in the rehabilitation of my injury! Special shout out to a former receptionist for making my time there especially pleasant! Remember, nothing is possible!

The us rehab livonia team is the best.

Staff is knowledgeable at pinpointing which area needs strengthening and providing many exercises for proper healing. I would recommend going here for your rehabilitation.
