I've been doing PT at US Rehab for about a month now and will continue for as long as it takes. From day one the staff- Nate, Travan, Liz, John, Fabiha, and Charlie- made me feel right at home. Even the owner, Jefferson, takes an active and caring role in my rehab. The atmosphere with the staff, as well as the other clients, is like family with a "we're all in this together " vibe. Very happy and positive place, which is important to recovery in addition to the physical treatments ♥️😁

Staff is nice, but my pain worsened after going. This place could be much more organized, and you hardly interact with the PT, as PTAs are used to run the show.

I’ve been visiting US Rehab of Southfield since October. They moved to Lathrup Village and even with the transition to a new location everyone remained professional and efficient. They have a recent addition named Troy at reception who is such a delight to see and speak with. I love working with the physical therapists at this location; Chloe and Joey, they challenge and protect me throughout our training. We do a variety of workouts and exercises and they never cease to recommend things I can do at home. The occupational therapist Fabiha is very informed and comes well prepared for our sessions every time. Gavin is a great licensed massage therapist and likes to connect your pain with the corresponding muscles as well as address areas of concern for clients. The CEO Sarah is a sweetheart and Jefferson always adds the cherry on top with his messages and emails and even a call here or there to check on patients. This is by far the best location to receive aftercare and physical therapy after a traumatic situation. Thank you guys! You’re all amazing alone but especially together.

The Sterling Heights office is awesome. It is a nice and professional environment and the staff is awesome. Everyone get along with everyone and we have a great time in therapy and still get the work done

The staff at us rehab is A1 they helped me rehabilitate my shoulders and everyone works there is educated in the field of rehabilitation I recommend us we have to anyone who needs physical therapy

I have been coming to US Rehabilitation and Health for quite a while. My therapist is Hussein, he is awesome and has really made a difference in my recovery. Even though he is the professional, he listens to my concerns. Hussein is patient, and caring.. He has magical fingers and really knows how to help alleviate my pain. Then there's Kelly, my masseuse. She is amazing and really knows her job. When I leave her table, it' as if all the pain and suffering has mysteriously evaporated. Kelly is definitely a people person and her hands are a gift from God. All in all, US Rehab has a Phenomenal staff and the Schaefer facility is definitely one of a kind.
